GITEX Global 2022: Trellix to Show Off its XDR Solution

Published

on

Vibin Shaju, the General Manager for UAE at Trellix, says the company will showcase solutions for endpoint, network, cloud, and data protection

Are you participating in GITEX Global 2022? If yes, which products and solutions will you be showcasing at the event?
Yes – Trellix will be exhibiting at GITEX 2022 in Hall 1, Stand H1-65. We will leverage GITEX as an opportunity to showcase Trellix XDR. This security ecosystem goes beyond basic XDR capabilities and focuses on proactively predicting and prioritizing threats instead of just reacting after an attack. This means that an organizations’ SOC spends less time on error-prone fire drills with weeks of investigation, and can respond faster to protect the organization. We will also showcase solutions for Endpoint, Network, Cloud, and Data Protection.

What are your expectations from the event this year?
This is our first GITEX as Trellix and our aim is to reinforce our commitment to our customers and partners in the region and demonstrate how the Trellix XDR platform delivers living security to help organizations stay one step ahead of adversaries, adapt to new threats, and accelerate detection and correction.

What will be your theme of participation at GITEX?
Our Theme will be Living Security showcasing the importance of having an XDR platform that is always Learning & Adapting while being Native & Open.

Do you plan to run any online engagements such as webinars and offline engagements such as tech talks, demos, keynotes,  and so on, alongside GITEX?
We will be running regular demos of all the various products in our portfolio. We will also have a series of scheduled tech talks at our stand, on a wide range of topics, highlighted by threat briefings from our security analysts.

How have your regional strategies changed in recent months?
We have been operating in the region for 20+ Years and remain committed to providing tailored security architectures for enterprises across all sectors. We are now consolidating the McAfee Enterprise and FireEye teams in the region to become one of the biggest dedicated cybersecurity providers going into 2023. In parallel, given the important role that MSPs play in driving the adoption of XDR platforms, we plan on growing our Managed Services offering through a network of trusted partners.
