What opportunities do you foresee for 2025, and how do you plan to leverage them?
The growing demand for advanced threat analytics in hybrid environments presents a major opportunity. NETSCOUT aims to refine and expand the capabilities of its Omnis Cyber Intelligence platform to deliver real-time visibility and adaptive threat detection. By positioning itself as a leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, NETSCOUT plans to address the complexities of multi-cloud, IoT, and 5G environments, helping organizations achieve proactive defence strategies.
What major challenges did you encounter in 2024, and how did you address them?
The rise of dynamic DDoS attacks, such as carpet bombing and DNS water torture, posed significant challenges. These attacks revealed vulnerabilities in traditional defences. NETSCOUT responded by developing Adaptive DDoS Solutions, focusing on advanced detection and mitigation algorithms. These innovations enhanced NETSCOUT’s ability to identify distributed traffic anomalies and improve resilience against evolving threats.
Which emerging technologies will be in high demand in 2025, and why?
AI-driven cybersecurity and network automation are set to dominate in 2025. Organisations increasingly seek tools that combine real-time analytics, threat intelligence, and automated responses. NETSCOUT’s ASI technology and Adaptive DDoS capabilities position it to meet these demands, offering scalable and proactive solutions for complex digital ecosystems.
What will be your primary focus areas and strategic priorities for 2025?
NETSCOUT will focus on integrating network visibility and cybersecurity for unified, real-time threat detection. Strategic priorities include enhancing Zero Trust frameworks, improving adaptive detection for AI-based threats, and expanding Omnis Cyber Intelligence capabilities. These efforts aim to provide comprehensive security and performance management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Are there plans to explore new markets or introduce new products/applications to your portfolio in 2025?
NETSCOUT plans to explore opportunities in markets increasingly reliant on IoT, 5G, and edge computing. The introduction of Adaptive DDoS Solutions and advancements in the Omnis Cyber Intelligence platform reflects its commitment to providing innovative products that address the evolving needs of global organizations navigating complex digital infrastructures.
